Bitmap:
Jpeg also known as "jpg" stands for Joint Photographic Experts Group which is image format used for containing lossy and compressed image data. belonging in the bitmap category. Gifs stands for Graphic Interchange Format which are graphics that hold frames, which is why gifs show motion like a video unlike pngs or jpegs which don't contain any frames to portray motions. Psd are native file format of adobe photoshop known as photo shop documents, these are documents that are only compatible with adobe photoshop. A TIFF, which stands for Tag Image File Format, is a file format that is used to store raster graphics which are pixels used to create an image and it used to store image information. High Efficiency image container "heic" which are containers that are used to compress and store images in your device(s).Allowing files to be opened on other programs such as Adobe Photoshop. Photo Shop big which is PSB are file formats that are used for big adobe photoshop files.Bmp is bitmap for short which are files containing uncompressed data which is ideal for storing and displaying high quality images.
