Brochure Indesign

When designing this brochure I had encountered many challenges during the process. What I had already envisioned was the color initially being used for the brochure design and the design it self. I wanted it to be simple and merry which is why I chose to use turquoise and use the a thunderbolt for the front cover and back. Then I used the two squares as an additional detail to make the rough seem less bland. It's repetitively used in the page spreads, but it has a turquoise  outline to show a "cut" between the shapes. I had to accommodate to the grid but for the most part it turned out just fine. I used certain colors to portray mood when it came to text as shown in first spread because I had used gold to express this feeling of "Power and Passion" when introducing the remarkable durability that makes the charging cable so special. I mainly stuck with the Bahnschrift font to display a professional and consistent use of type, especially that a sans serif typeface/font for an technological and scientific text doesn't work well together, at least in my perspective. My main focus was consistency and displaying a nice and clean brochure (guide and overview) that isn't too complex for the reader to follow and goes easy on the eyes. However design wise, I feel I can do more. Paragraph styles was well done since I balanced the text well within the spreads.
